Fall Is Health Insurance Open Enrollment Time

Fall is open enrollment time for health insurance. This is the one time of year when you can sign up for or change your health insurance plan for the coming year.

Your insurance plan affects how we bill for your health care. If we are in-network with your insurance plan, we can bill your insurance. If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you can still receive health care with us, but you must pay out of pocket. We recommend choosing a health insurance plan that we are in network with to ensure your health care is covered by your insurance.

If you have one of these insurance plans the only option at this time is to self-pay for care with us:

• CHAMPVA

• Oregon Medicaid / Oregon Health Plan

• Cigna
• Aetna
• Providence
• Medicare
