  • Lactation Classes:

    • We offer lactation classes! Classes are an interactive online format and include in-depth lactation preparation to give you all the information you need for confidently feeding your newborn.
    • Available in English and Spanish.
    • Topics covered will include:
        • Lactation challenges–sore or cracked nipples, plugged ducts, mastitis, etc.
        • Going back to work, pumping, and milk storage
        • Infant sleep patterns and safe sleep for nursing infants
        • FAQs and common concerns like “Do I have enough milk?”
        • Taking medication or other substances while lactating
        • What to expect when nursing your older baby or toddler
        • Weaning
        • And, answers to any questions you bring to the class!

  • Health Care Options Counseling / Consulta de Opciones de Atención Sanitaria

    • A Certified Nurse Midwife is available to talk with you over email or phone about your options for care in Lane County. We provide counseling about local options for care, taking into account your preferences and goals. We share and discuss options for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, lactation, newborn, and women’s health care in Lane County.

  • Community Support Circle:

    • Join us on Monday afternoons at 4 PM to come together and talk all things infant feeding, sleeping, or just new parent stuff! New parents need connection and time to share. Though we cannot meet up in person at this time, we still want to offer support to our community.
